A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On July 18, 2008, the Defendant sentenced ten months to imprisonment with prison labor for gambling opening at Suwon District Court on July 18, 2008, and completed the execution of the above punishment on July 28, 2009.

The Defendant, as seen above, was frightened to the victim and withdrawn money and valuables from the frighten victim. However, the Defendant did not respond to the victim and did not commit an attempted crime.
