Examining the reasoning of the record in light of the record, the lower court, based on its stated reasoning, dismissed the Plaintiff without the intent or ability to sell membership rights of the instant golf course.
It is reasonable to dismiss the Plaintiff’s claim seeking compensation, etc. against the Defendants for damages arising from a tort based on the determination that it is difficult to recognize that the instant price was arbitrarily consumed.
