Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 15, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 1.5 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) in the Daegu District Court’s Ansan Branch on November 15, 2007, and a fine of KRW 2 million for the same crime in the same court on August 19, 2011, respectively.

On April 13, 2013, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol at around 0.072% of blood alcohol level, was driving a B Sskman car from around 100 meters away from the roads in front of the Kimbuk-dong, a permanent residence in Heung-dong, to the said Heung-dong.
