A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four years.

Punishment of the crime

From July 1, 2009 to April 2010, the Defendant served as C at the Seocho-si Hong Saemaul Undong 256-2, Seopo-dong, Seopo-dong, and was in charge of D duties, etc. of the Committee of the Union of Saemaul Cooperatives.

1. On January 5, 2010, the Defendant obtained a loan of KRW 300,000,000 from the above Saemaeul Credit Cooperative customer E around December 2005 and came to know that he obtained a loan of KRW 10,00,000 among the above Saemaeul Credit Depository, he/she attempted to acquire money by manipulating the loan ledger as if he/she applied for an additional loan.

A. On January 5, 2010, the Defendant entered “170,000,000” in the items of “loan amount” as if he applied for additional loans at the above Saemaul Treasury office’s office using a computer as if he applied for additional loans, and then entered “170,000,000” in the “loan Amount” item, and entered “G” in the “Alternative Account Number” column, and carried out loans by charactering “execution items”, the Defendant himself approved the above loans, and stored the above contents in the above Saemaul Treasury’s computer network.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged the lending ledger of E, which is an electronic record of another person's rights and duties, and exercised it for the purpose of hindering the management of affairs.

B. (1) The Defendant: (a) operated the lending ledger at the above date and time, and entered the lending ledger in the “E” column in the “alternative” column in the “alternative” column of transaction on the two rolls kept at that place by using the official approval type pen; (b) forged one sheet in the “G” column, “F 100,000,000”; and (c) one sheet in the “F 5 January 5, 2010,” and “E” column in the “W 200,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,0000,000,000,000 in the “E” column; and (d) signed the “E” column in the name of the deposit holder; and (e) sealed the E’s seal prepared later in advance on the rights and obligations.
