Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Criminal facts

No person, other than the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation or an entrusted business entity, may gambling in use of an act of issuing sports betting tickets or similar things (including issuing them by means of information and communications networks) and providing property or property benefits to persons who win at the betting.

Nevertheless, at a place where the address is unknown on January 5, 2013, the Defendant collected 400,500 won by accessing the sale of private Internet sports promotion betting tickets (C, etc.) to the deposit account designated by the operator, and charged the game money. In addition, the Defendant saw the game money filled by accessing the said site and predicted the winning, failure, and failure of the domestic and foreign sports games, such as the axis, farming district, and camping district, etc., from that time to July 3, 2014, the Defendant charged the game money by remitting the total amount of KRW 67,427,70 on a total of 351 occasions, as indicated in attached Table 1 through 6.
