The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 81,990,013 and KRW 64,70,272 among them, per annum from June 5, 2020 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim;
A. On September 22, 2017, the LAC set the interest rate of KRW 70,000,000 to the Defendant at the overdue interest rate of KRW 13.45%.
B. On September 27, 2019, the Plaintiff received the above loan claim against the Defendant from the Dispute Resolution Co., Ltd. and notified the Defendant of the transfer of the claim on October 14, 2019 on behalf of the Dispute Resolution Co., Ltd.

The principal and interest of the above loans by June 4, 2020 are the principal and interest of KRW 64,700,272, interest of KRW 17,289,741, total of KRW 81,90,013.
