A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On August 22, 2019, at the end of 22:00, the injured Defendant suffered injury to the bet the victim who was living together with the victim C (here, 40 years of age) who was disputing the Chinese restaurant operated at the time and was living together with the Defendant’s residence in Seo-gu B, Seo-gu, Daegu, Daegu, and caused injury to the bet the victim by making it difficult for the victim to know the number of days of treatment.
2. On September 4, 2019, at around 22:00, the Defendant injured the victim at the same place as the above Paragraph 1, and at the latest time, the victim C expressed his/her speech to singing at the victim C, making it difficult for the victim to sing at the victim’s side, making the victim’s drinking once, and taking approximately 4 weeks of medical treatment.
3. 4. Around 14:30 on June 16, 2020, the Defendant: (a) discussed the issue of starting another restaurant by arranging the Chinese restaurant, which had been operated with the victim C, with drinking alcohol; and (b) on the ground that the victim said that “the victim was not a prudent,” the Defendant collected television conference from the said place on the ground that the victim said that “the victim was not a prudent.”
