1. Basic facts

(formerly before and after the change of trade name; C Co., Ltd. at the time of the instant collusion; however, on January 1, 2013, the division of the foregoing company’s financial automation business division and merger with Defendant D Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Defendant D”), Defendant E Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Defendant E”), Defendant FF Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Defendant F&C”), and Defendant E Co., Ltd. (former Co., Ltd. at the time of the instant collusion, but after acquiring it in July 201, Defendant E Co., Ltd., Ltd., and changed its entirety to and after the acquisition and sale of the Plaintiff’s financial automation business.
