1. All appeals by the Defendants are dismissed.

Purport of claim and appeal
1.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. Plaintiff A is a G student who attends F Kindergartens (hereinafter “F Kindergartens”); Plaintiff B and C are the parents of Plaintiff A.
Defendant D and E are the parents of H(I) who are enrolled in the same group of kindergartens.
B. On March 15, 2016, Plaintiff C discovered that Plaintiff A’s sexual organ was abandoned, and then asked Plaintiff A to the effect that Plaintiff C’s sexual organ was met.
C. Plaintiff B and C, the head of the above kindergarten, referred to the above facts to K as co-defendant J, Plaintiff A, and H’s attending teachers, who were the head of the above kindergarten. On March 16, 2016, Plaintiff B and C sought the above facts to the GF kindergarten.
On the same day, H confirmed the same fact as the above paragraph b to the Plaintiff A and H, and H said that the Plaintiff’s sexual organ was satisfyed five times, followed by the president’s office the same content as J.

2. The parties' assertion
A. The plaintiffs' assertion H committed a tort in which the plaintiff's sexual organ was 5 times together with clothes, and the defendants are legally obligated to supervise H as the parents of H, and thus are liable for damages arising therefrom.

Compensation for damages against A is KRW 13,100, and KRW 1,080,00, and KRW 1,080,000, and KRW 50,00,000, in total, for damages for children and children, and KRW 6,093,10.

Compensation for damage against C: ① the cost of treating Plaintiff C’s depression 38,500, ② March 23, 2016;

3. Each cooking cost of 30. 120,000 won, (3) transportation cost of 132,340 won due to visits to L Center, (4) cost of recording recording the contents of telephone conversations of 790,000 won, and (5) cost of consolation money of 5,00,000 won in total of 6,080,840 won.

Compensation for damages against B is KRW 38,500, ② the amount of damages due to Plaintiff B’s failure to work due to Plaintiff B’s attendance at the trial date and his visit to L Center, and KRW 429,00,000, ③ the sum of KRW 5,467,50,000.
