1. Basic facts

A. The Defendant is a person who operated a funeral hall on the floor of the building “D Hospital” operated by a medical corporation C (hereinafter “Nonindicted Foundation”) located in Nowon-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu with the trade name “E”

(hereinafter referred to as “instant building” and “instant funeral hall” B.

The non-party foundation entered into an electricity use agreement with the Plaintiff on the instant building and received electricity from the said building.

However, in the instant building, the supply of electricity was at issue upon the suspension of the operation of the hospital for several months, and the Defendant, who jointly used the electricity supplied by the Plaintiff with the non-party foundation on February 5, 2015, agreed to pay the overdue electricity charges and the electricity charges during the future service period between the Plaintiff and the non-party foundation on February 5, 2015.

The name of Nowon-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City: F contract electric power rates of 950kW: 15,781,780 won - 4,808,380 won - 5,502,410 won - 5,470,990 won for the month of January 2015: The defendant himself/herself is the joint electricity users at the above address, and he/she promises to pay the portion used on February 5, 2015, and he/she will pay it over the next period of his/her use. The defendant will be liable under the law.

C. Pursuant to the instant written statement, the Defendant: (a) on February 5, 2015, the electric charge for the portion of November 2014 (use period between October 8, 2014 and November 7, 2014); (b) 5,502,410 won for the period of December 2014 (use period between November 8, 2014 and December 7, 2014; and (c) on March 31, 2015, the electric charge for the portion of January 1, 2015 (use period between November 8, 2014 and December 7, 2014); and (d) on March 31, 2015 (use period between January 7, 2015 and November 7, 2014); and (e) on May 15, 2015 to May 25, 2015 (use period).
