Punishment of the crime

【Criminal Records of Crimes】 On September 28, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for an injury at the Gangnam Branch of the Chuncheon District Court, and on February 26, 2017, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence at the Gangnam Branch Prison.

【Criminal facts】 On August 11, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 14:45, in front of the D 1st room located in Gangnam-si, Gangnam-si; (b) while drunkly drinking and drinking alcohol in the above ordinary sense, the Defendant Da Da Da Da Da Da Da Da Da Da Da Da Da Da Da Da Da Da Da Da, and the Defendant inflicted on the victim E (e.g., the victim’s head at one time; and (b) the victim’s head at one time due to a dangerous small-scale illness, thereby causing two weeks of injury to the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and inflicted an injury on the victim.
