Purport of claim and appeal

The grounds for appeal by the Defendants cited in the judgment of the court of first instance are not significantly different from the allegations in the court of first instance, and even if each evidence submitted in the court of first instance (including the result of the party examination against the Defendants) was presented to this court, the fact-finding and judgment of the court of first instance are justified.

Therefore, the reasoning of the judgment of this court is identical to the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance.

2. In conclusion, the judgment of the court of first instance is legitimate, and all appeals filed by the Defendants are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices.
