A A Fine of 3,00,000 won, Defendant B of a fine of 1,50,000 won, Defendant C of a fine of 50,000 won, and Defendant D of this case.

Punishment of the crime

Q and R are candidates going out of the 22th election president of the “Ssi Transport Business Association” implemented on January 29, 2016. T, Defendant A is a member of the above R’s election campaign force, and Defendant B, C, D, E, F, G, H, G, I, K, K, M, M, N, andO are the representatives of each taxi company, a member of the said association.

The members of the Ssi Transport Business Association are 121 si companies in the Ssi area, and the president of the above association shall be elected at a general meeting consisting of all members of the association, and the voting right belongs to each taxi company that is a member of the association, and the representatives of each of the above taxi companies shall exercise their voting right on behalf of each taxi company.

1. On January 27, 2016, the Defendant received request from R to deliver cash to J, the representative of H, the representative of H, the (State), X, and the (State)Y, in relation to the above election of the chief executive officer, at the office of (State) V located in Yangsan-si, U.S. around 17:00.

At around 12:00 on January 28, 2016, the Defendant made an illegal solicitation to the effect that H, I, and J may be elected at the AA restaurant located in Yangsan-si, Yangsan-si, and in return, granted H three million won in cash, two million won in cash, and two million won in cash to J.

Accordingly, in collusion with R, the Defendant engaged in affairs on behalf of each taxi company of the above election owner, which should exercise the right to vote for the election of the president of the above union on behalf of the owner of the above election campaign owner (State) H, X representative I, and (State)Y representative J as to each of the duties of the Y representative, and 7 million won in total.

2. Defendant B

A. R received money and valuables from R on January 26, 2016, at around 18:30, the Defendant received an unjust solicitation to the effect that he/she would be able to support himself/herself from the R, who was a candidate for the above election at the office of the head of Si/Gun/Gu (U.S.) office at Si/Gun/Gu (U.S.) and received KRW 2 million in cash in return.

Accordingly, the defendant is to elect the president of the union on behalf of the person who has the right to vote in the above election.
