B A is a person who reported general restaurant business on the D 4th floor in Jinju, and operates the E, and Defendant A is an employee of the said E, who has managed the principal store operation status, etc.

4. During the period of up to 27.27. A person installed lighting facilities, such as DJ Museum, sound equipment such as DoJS, and Cysta, at the above “E” place of business, and operated an unauthorized entertainment tavern business that enables customers to enjoy entertainment free dancing by providing customers with conditions under which customers can enjoy dancing.

2. Defendant A worked as an employee at the time and place specified in the preceding paragraph, and aided and abetted Defendant B’s act of running an entertainment tavern business without permission by taking charge of and managing the employees.
