A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, as a representative of the Kui-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Construction Bank Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “C”), is engaging in human resources supply business by employing 183 full-time workers.

1. Where an employee dies or retires, the employer of the 2017 Highest 3524 employer has paid wages, compensations, and other money and valuables to C within 14 days from the time when the cause for such payment occurred, but the Defendant failed to pay the amount of KRW 1,348,160, and the total of KRW 2,457,150, as well as KRW 1,357,150 within 14 days from the date of his/her retirement without an agreement on the extension of the payment deadline.

2. As set out in Nos. 4, 8 through 17, 24, 31, 33, 42 and 44 of the Criminal List No. 86,681,348 won in total, including wages of 17 workers, was not paid within 14 days from the date of each retirement without an agreement on the extension of payment deadline.

Where an employee dies or retires, the employer of the 2017 Highest 5267 [the 2017 Highest 5,267] pays wages, compensations, and all other money and valuables within 14 days from the time when the cause for such payment occurred, the Defendant was working in C from May 1, 2013 and was on duty in C.
