1. The Defendant is a building on which 43 square meters in the outer wall line of the building indicated in the attached Form, among 740 square meters in Seosan-si, Seosan-si.

The fact that there is no dispute over the cause of the claim, the entry of Gap evidence No. 1, and the overall purport of the pleadings as a result of the survey and appraisal by the Korea Land Information Corporation is added to the purport of the entire pleadings, it is recognized that the plaintiff owns a building with a size of 740 square meters and a building with a size of 43 square meters in a wall outside the building indicated in the annexed drawing among those buildings

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to leave the above building.

2. It is so decided as per Disposition by admitting the plaintiff's claim on the ground that it is reasonable.
