1. On April 22, 2014, the Defendant committed the crime against the victim C: (a) concluded a contract with the victim C to remodel KON on April 22, 2014 (construction period: construction period: 13.5 million won from April 22, 2014 to May 8, 2014; (b) concluded a contract with the victim C to use funds, etc. at the existing construction site even if the Defendant received advance payment by entering into a new construction contract due to bad credit standing and the transfer construction site; and (c) concluded a contract with the victim C to obtain such funds, etc. from the damaged party on the same day, and deposited them into the KONEX on April 28, 2014 as advance payment.

2. On April 30, 2014, the Defendant: (a) concluded a new construction contract and received advance payment, and (b) concluded a contract with the victim G for the removal of 26 square meters from May 3, 2014 to May 25, 2014; (c) concluded a contract with the victim to “the cost of construction: KRW 10 million from the victim on the same day as advance payment; (d) KRW 22 million from the victim on the same day; and (e) deposited KRW 10 million from the victim on May 12, 2014; and (e) KRW 200,000 from the victim on deposit basis with the victim on May 26, 2014 to KRW 30,50,000,000 from the victim on deposit in the same day as advance payment.

3. On May 13, 2014, the Defendant committed a crime against the Victim J is using the existing construction site and investing funds, etc. at the new construction site even if he/she received advance payment by concluding a new construction contract.
