Around September 6, 2011, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “D” office located in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, “D” office to the victim E is the cost of constructing hanok without having experience and difficulty in nationwide construction of hanok. The Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “Korea-style house is changed to KRW 84 million as the down payment to be the Korea-style house.”

However, in fact, the defendant received KRW 84 million, and planned to use it regardless of the building of Korean-style houses with marriage expenses, loans, etc., and even if he receives down payment from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to keep Korean-style houses.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim immediately from the victim, received KRW 84 million from the foreign exchange bank account under the name of the Defendant from the victim and fraudulently acquired it.

The Defendant, “2014 Highest 558” from August 2012 to October 2012, the Defendant is an employer who subcontracted the part of retaining wall construction at the construction site of the “GGGGGGGGGGF located in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government and continued construction by employing wood trees H, I, J, K, L, etc.

The Defendant did not pay the total amount of KRW 390,000 (3 days x 130,000 days x 3 days x 150,000 days x 150,000 days x 3 days) monthly wages of August 2012 from August 2012 to October 2012, and KRW 840,000 (3 days x 150,000/day) monthly average from October 2012 within 14 days from the date of retirement without agreement on extension of the due date between the parties concerned, and did not pay the total amount of KRW 3,090,000 for retirement wages of five retired workers within 14 days from the date of retirement as described in the attached crime list.
