The lower court determined that the Defendant hospital’s medical malpractice cannot be acknowledged on the grounds that there was no other evidence to support the fact that the Defendant hospital’s medical personnel misinception to the left-hand A2 in the course of the Plaintiff’s medical record appraisal entrustment to the director of the Seoul Hospital and the evidence submitted by the Plaintiffs was found to have failed to comply with the Plaintiff’s medical records during the process of the cerebral Maternal Maternal Macheon University’s Macheon University, and that the Defendant hospital’s medical personnel committed an act of violating the duty of care in the course of the above operation, thereby pressureing

In light of the relevant legal principles and records, such determination by the court below is just, and contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there were no errors of misapprehending the legal principles regarding the recognition of negligence or failing to exhaust all necessary deliberations, thereby exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence
