If the Defendants did not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall provide a private-use truck for transport with compensation.

1. Defendant A is the user of a private-use truck.

On July 23, 2015, the Defendant received transportation charges in the amount of money for each case by carrying stacks from G parking lots located in 09:10 at the net city F, and delivering stacks.

As a result, the Defendant provided cargo transport for a fee using a private truck owned by the Defendant.

2. Defendant B is the user of the H-private truck.

On July 23, 2015, the Defendant received transportation charges in the amount of money for each case by carrying stacks from G parking lots located in 09:10 at the net city F, and delivering stacks.

As a result, the Defendant provided cargo transport for a fee using a private truck owned by the Defendant.

3. Defendant C is the user of an I private-use truck.

On July 23, 2015, the Defendant received transportation charges in the amount of money for each case by carrying stacks from G parking lots located in 09:10 at the net city F, and delivering stacks.

As a result, the Defendant provided cargo transport for a fee using a private truck owned by the Defendant.

4. Defendant D is the user of a private-use truck by J.

On July 23, 2015, the Defendant received transportation charges in the amount of money for each case by carrying stacks from G parking lots located in 09:10 at the net city F, and delivering stacks.

As a result, the Defendant provided cargo transport for a fee using a private truck owned by the Defendant.
