Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a car of Coinado sports cargo.

On June 17, 2015, the Defendant driven the above cargo vehicle around 17:00 and proceeded at the intersection of the private distance in front of the funeral hall of the D Hospital Hospital in Jinju City, at the speed of about 40km from the ewing Zone to the private distance of the telephone station at the speed of about 40km.
