Punishment of the crime

On August 25, 2017, the Defendant opened the Nonghyup Bank Account (E) in the name of 16-35, Seoul Metropolitan Government AFFC branch office in Seoul, Seoul, AFF branch office, and opened the passbook, cash card, and the OTP card, which is an access medium connected to the said account, to the account, and opened the account with the name of 'C', such as the above 'C'.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with the above “C” and transferred an access medium to electronic financial transactions to a non-criminal organization.
