A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On September 30, 2013, the Defendant was issued a summary order of 1.5 million won by a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Daejeon District Court on September 30, 2013, and on January 19, 2016, by a fine of 1.5 million won by a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Daejeon District Court on February 19, 2016.

1. On July 19, 2016, at around 23:35, the Defendant driving a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of 0.070% in the section of about 2km from the Defendant’s house located in Daejeon Dong-gu Daejeon to the roads near the 273-ro 273 of the same Gu, in a state of under the influence of alcohol content of 0.070%.

2. When the Defendant had been aware of drinking alcohol at the underground level near the Sobroon International University of the Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, the Defendant continued to escape from drinking alcohol measurement, and continued to escape from the said car after having caused an accident where the road was fluent in the vicinity of the same Gu Goyang-gu.

On July 20, 2016, around 00:10 on July 20, 2016, the Defendant obstructed a police officer’s legitimate performance of duties in relation to a criminal investigation by committing assault, such as the defect that G in the circumstances belonging to the F District District of the Daejeon East Police Station, which was driving away from the Defendant on the same road in front of the same Gu, attempted to arrest the Defendant, and the part of G’s breast part of G one time by hand and two hand.
