Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On January 7, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Egressing Vehicles) and for a violation of Road Traffic Act (Non-licensed Driving) in the Cheongju District Court’s support on May 6, 2010, and completed the execution of the sentence in Daejeon Prison on May 6, 2014.

[Criminal facts]

1. On September 5, 2015, the Defendant, in violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving), driven a C-R car in the section of about 20 meters from the vicinity of the “Saam parking lot” located in the Chungcheongnam-si Culture Complex around September 5, 2015 to the vicinity of the “Saamdo Instion” located in the same cultural Dong on September 5, 2015, notwithstanding the absence of a valid license to drive a motor vehicle.

Notwithstanding the absence of a valid license for driving of a motor vehicle, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol level of 0.093% in the direction of approximately 100 meters from the vicinity of Samsung Gandong-dong-dong 444-17 at the time of the Haju-dong-dong 444-17 around September 22, 2015 to the vicinity of the "Nandong-dong-dong 446.

3. On October 6, 2015, the Defendant was in violation of the Road Traffic Act (toxicly Driving) and the Road Traffic Act (non-licenseless Driving) on the road, and the Defendant was not a valid license to drive a motor vehicle on October 6, 2015. Notwithstanding the absence of a valid license, on October 6, 2015, the Defendant was driving a D Abhum-p motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol concentration of approximately 0.161% in the blood alcohol level from the vicinity of the “Yari-dong” located in the Sungnam-dong, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, to the vicinity of the “Yari-si, Hari-si,” located in the Chungcheong-si, Chungcheongnam-si.
