The defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

At around 18:05 on February 17, 201, the Defendant: (a) 6-dong 10-dong Hacheon-gu, Daegu Sincheon-gu, Daegu-gu, and (b) 10-dong 10-dong Kacheon-gu, and (c) 2-year Bas of the Victim B (23 years old) , the Defendant abused the part of the Victim’s face twice on the ground that the Defendant stated that “the Victim would not turn out the World Cup, and why she would be sealed,” and when the face part from the Victim would be appropriate one time, the Defendant assaulted the Victim at approximately five times in the atmosphere of the face part and the shoulder part of the Victim.
