Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a restaurant operator who sells mainly to many unspecified customers by setting up a table with the trade name of “D” in the Dong-gu, Busan, and with a size of 82.58 square meters in a guest room, and sells mainly to a large number of customers with a strawer who lives with a strawer, gas supply, and dried-out strawer, and raises sales equivalent to KRW 10 million each month.

1. No person who violates the Fishery Resources Management Act shall possess, distribute, process, keep or sell fishery resources captured and gathered in violation of an order under the Fishery Resources Management Act or Fisheries Act or products thereof;

Nevertheless, the Defendant purchased a class of 1,763,00 won illegally captured from E at the above restaurant and around February 27, 2014, including the purchase of approximately KRW 50,000 from E to January 22, 2015, the Defendant purchased a class of 12 times in total, including the purchase of approximately KRW 1,763,00 from around that time to January 22, 2015, and sold it to many unspecified customers visiting the restaurant by means of life, etc.

Accordingly, the Defendant violated the Fishery Resources Management Act.

2. No person who violates the Food Sanitation Act shall sell foods, etc. manufactured, processed, or subdivided by any person, other than business operators, or collect, manufacture, import, process, use, cook, transport or display such foods, etc. for sale;

Nevertheless, the Defendant purchased and sold the chropos, wress, skins, etc. transported by subdividing E, as described in paragraph 1, from E, which did not complete a report on food subdivision sales business or food transportation business to the competent authorities.
