Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] Defendant A was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment on September 1, 2016 and completed the execution of the sentence in Daegu Prison on December 17, 2016.

[Criminal facts]

1. While Defendant A operated the FPC with the trade name “FPC” in Daegu-gu, the name of “FPC”, Defendant came to know that Defendant A carried on the adult scambing business in the name of “HPC room” in the vicinity of the said FPC room, Defendant A was willing to interfere with the victim’s scambing business, who is a competitor, and to interfere with the victim’s scambling business and to interfere with the victim’s cash from the victim.
