Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a period of two years and six months and by a fine of fifty thousand won.

The defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

From March 25, 2005, the Defendant works as G in charge of medicine in the Kimhae Public Health Center and the Kimhae Public Health Center from March 25, 2005 and takes charge of the registration, reporting, guidance, inspection, etc. of sick members and pharmacies, and is a public official in charge of health service (G) who works as G in charge of food manufacturing and selling business while working as food department G in charge

1. On April 2, 2006, the Defendant: (a) received 500,000 won from September 20, 2012; (b) received 500,000 won from the Defendant’s account as indicated in the [Attachment Table (1] from the Kimhae Public Health Center on April 2, 2006, the Defendant, without a pharmacist’s license, impliedly accepted the establishment and operation of an unqualified pharmacy from the JJ operating the pharmacy at Kimhae Public Health Center; (c) received a request from an unqualified person to provide prior information on the preparation and sale control of medicines; and (d) notified the Defendant of the aforementioned unlawful act of regulating the qualifications of a disqualified person in the course of performing his/her duties through text messages to the extent that he/she received 15,00,000 won from September 20, 201; and (d) notified on March 17, 2012.

2. The Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bribery) includes: (a) receipt of KRW 10 million from the Defendant’s account to the Defendant’s account; and (b) receipt of a bribe in relation to the official duties of a public official by obtaining KRW 10 million from theO that operated a pharmacy with the trade name of L Pharmacy (from October 2007 to February 2013) in Kimhae-si in Kimhae-si (Operation from 2008 to 8 August 2012) and from the o that operated a new pharmacy in Kimhae-si in Kimhae-si (Operation).
