A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 5,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A was unemployed after having obtained a report on the establishment of “E” in North-Gu D at the time of surrender on August 8, 2014.

The Defendant employed visual disability massages and disguisedly conducted the business of a normal massage place. The Defendant created a passage in which three buildings without the trade name in North-gu, 2, and 3 in the vicinity of the second floor of the above building are linked to each other. Then, the Defendant made 12 of shower facilities, a simplified betting, clothes, red lighting, etc. on the 1, 2, and made 12 of the 3th floor without the above trade name, and made female employees find the above business place by employing 12 of the locker rooms with the shower facilities, a simple betting, clothes, red lighting, etc., and made female employees find the above business place, at the same time of mixing with the other unspecified number of people, have them see their body and see their sexual intercourse with each other, and arranged them to have sexual intercourse with each other in return for this, the Defendant made them to receive 170,000 won at the expense of each customer and paid 20,000 won to 80,000 won for sexual traffic.

2. Defendant B is an employee of “E” as stated in the preceding paragraph.

From August 20, 2015 to August 22:15, 2015, the Defendant arranged unspecified male customers to engage in sexual traffic with female employees in the above manner.
