A fine of three million won shall be imposed on a defendant.

Where the above fine is not paid, one million won shall be converted into one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 9, 2015, the Defendant driven a B LFbea vehicle in the section of about 50km from March 9, 2015 to March 15, 2015 without a car driver’s license, from around 14:30 to 15:30 of the same day, on the roads near the mountain market located in the Dong-gu Busan Metropolitan City, Busan Metropolitan City to the Dobong-dong, Daegu Metropolitan City.

2. On March 11, 2015, the Defendant, from around 14:20 on March 11, 2015 to around 15:20 of the same day, driven a CYFbeon vehicle without a vehicle driver’s license in the section of approximately 70km from around the precision of the Pungdong in Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si to the road in the enclosed-dong in Daegu Metropolitan City from around 14:20 to the end of the Gain VIP room-dong in Daegu Metropolitan City.
