The judgment below

In light of the records, we affirm the judgment of the court of first instance that found the defendant guilty on the charge of fraud against the victim E among the facts charged in this case, and find the defendant not guilty on the ground that there is no proof of crime, and there is no violation of law of logic and experience in violation of the law of free evaluation of evidence as alleged in the grounds of appeal.

On the other hand, the prosecutor appealed the entire judgment of the court below, but the guilty part does not state the reasons in the petition of appeal and does not state the reasons for appeal in the notice of appeal.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
