Reasons
1. The first instance court partly accepted the plaintiffs' claims for damages, and partly accepted the claims for the return of security deposit and membership fee, and accepted the entire principal for the rest of the plaintiffs.
Accordingly, with respect to the part against which the plaintiffs other than the net BN's litigants lost among the claims for damages, and the part against which they lost among the claims for return of plaintiffs E, F, and G deposits and the claims for return of membership fees, the defendant appealed as to the part against
