Criminal facts
On May 11, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment for fraud at the Suwon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Suwon Detention House on December 10, 201.

1. In December 201, 201, when the Defendant was aware of the victim as a guest at the head office operated by Suwon-si, Suwon-si, the Defendant: (a) was aware of the victim’s Da (the age of 51) located in Suwon-si; and (b) was aware of the victim as a guest; (c) was false in terms of the victim’s return to the victim’s head office; and (d) was in the head office located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, the Defendant, from January 2012, and was living with the victim at the victim’s head room located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si; (b) arbitrarily used the victim’s credit card to pay a deposit deposit and personal use; and (c) was arbitrarily used by the victim for the victim’s credit card payment to the victim “on the other hand, he would have paid the credit card payment to the victim in full upon the completion of an election of a member of the National Assembly.”
However, the defendant used the credit card of the victim and had the victim pay the amount, but there was no intention or ability to pay the amount.
As such, the Defendant, from January 7, 2012 to March 2012, used a sum of KRW 5,005,730 in total with the victim’s new card, KRW 6,395,530 in total with the victim’s Samsung Securities Card, and KRW 30,287,460 in total with the victim’s Samsung Securities Card, and subsequently, used a sum of KRW 18,886,20 in total with the victim’s Samsung Securities Card, and had the victim repay the amount and did not repay it to the victim, thereby obtaining pecuniary benefits equivalent to the same amount.
2. At around 02:00 on March 27, 2012, the Defendant forced the victim to be forced to leave the victim’s cell phone by taking advantage of the network value received from the victim demanding the payment of the credit card price used as above, and by force, from all the amount connected to A and the card value of the money connected to A up to “the victim”.
