Punishment of the crime

1. The defendants violating the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents and the Road Traffic Act are those engaged in driving a two-wheeled vehicle without a license plate;

Around 18:00 on July 3, 2013, the Defendant was driving a two-wheeled vehicle, and was driving the four-lane of the Han River in Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, along with the direction of the south from the north to the south as the opposite lane while driving the said four-lane of the Han River.

Since there is a safety zone in the central separation zone that serves as the central line, the person engaged in driving service is prohibited from entering the safety zone, and there was a duty of care to make a U.S. internship at the permissible point for internship.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and caused the victim C(28 years of age) (the victim C) who was driving in the opposite part of the time booms beyond the opposite part to the safety zone where the U.S. is prohibited from making a U.S., to take the right side side of the two-wheeled vehicles operated by the Defendant.

As a result, the Defendant suffered from the victim’s occupational negligence an aggregate of approximately six weeks of the right string executives who need treatment, and at the same time damaged the victim’s two-wheeled automobile to cover KRW 3,627,00 of the repair cost.

2. No motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall be operated on a road;

Nevertheless, around January 1, 2013 to July 18, 2000, the Defendant operated a two-wheeled automobile without purchasing mandatory insurance from the first police officer to the front road of Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan City to the suspension of Han River as well as the suspension of Han River as set forth in 302, Yongsan-gu, Seoul.
