A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On March 30, 2016, the Defendant prepared and submitted a false complaint with respect to C and D to the public service offices of the Busan Coast Guard Police Station, located in 129, according to Busan Shipping Daegu, and on April 7, 2016, at the criminal and E office of the above police station around 18:55, the Defendant stated that F of the above police station stated the false complaint in response to the submission of the complaint.
