1. Defendant B, along with Defendant B’s Gosung-gun T, and U forest land larceny Defendant B resolved with Gangnam-gun T and U forest land larceny, to steals the pine trees located in Gangnam-gun T and U forest, and V extracted the stolen pine trees and transported them up to mountain, and Defendant B conspired with each other by taking charge of transporting the pine trees borrowed from the vehicle for cargo to the customers designated by V.
