Punishment of the crime

On April 23, 2016, around 04:13, the Defendant driven a B e-mail car with approximately 200 meters alcohol level of 0.169% alcohol level from the front road of Songpa-gu, Songpa-gu, Seoul to the front parking lot of 24,224 Dong (Seoul Dong-dong and Olympic Flag apartment) as the front road of the same Gu.
