In light of the evidence duly admitted, the lower court is justifiable to have convicted the Defendant of the instant facts charged on the grounds stated in its reasoning.

Contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there is no error in the misapprehension of legal principles as to the abuse of authority or authority in the obstruction of duties, etc., by misunderstanding facts beyond the bounds of free evaluation of evidence in violation of logical and empirical rules.

In addition, the argument that there is a ground for the victim's consent or rejection of illegality due to a legitimate act is that the defendant asserts that there is no reason for appeal or that there is no reason for the court below to judge ex officio, and it is not a legitimate ground for appeal and there is an error of omission in the judgment of the court below that found the defendant guilty of the facts charged on the premise that the above ground for

B. Even if I examine the matter ex officio, there was no error as alleged above.
