Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Seoul Olympic Games National Sports Promotion Foundation and a person, other than an entrusted business entity, shall not gambling by using the act of offering property or property benefits to persons who win the results of sports promotion by issuing sports promotion votes or similar things to those who win the results.

Nevertheless, on May 7, 2016, the Defendant: (a) connected to a private gambling site (C) that is similar to sports promotion voting rights at his/her own residence located in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul and 201; (b) charged KRW 150,000 to a new bank account (Account number 100-031-151395) in the name of the people who are charged with Doing money; (c) used it to raise money for the result of the domestic and foreign sports games; and (d) did so in a way that he/she loses money in whole if he/she fails to receive the prize according to the fixed dividend rate if the results of the games are below, and then, (c) charged a similar act of gambling for the national sports promotion, as shown in the attached Table of Crimes, by September 5, 2016.
