Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

At around 18:30 on July 10, 2020, the Defendant sold to Da(Y, 17 years of age), E(Y, 17 years of age), a juvenile harmful product, 2 soldiers in C, a juvenile harmful product, in C, operated by the Defendant in a considerable area of Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si.
