A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
around May 7, 2013, the Defendant is the legal couple who reported the marriage with the victim B (here, 33 years of age) and the couple who reported the marriage.
1. In May 9, 2019, the Defendant: (a) at around 02:00 on May 9, 2019, the Defendant discovered a victim who returned to the Defendant with the Defendant’s club fee in front of the Hosung apartment house, and discovered the victim who returned to the Defendant with the Defendant’s club fee; (b) said that the victim’s face was flicked; and (c) said that the victim’s face was flicked at one time; (d) the victim’s face was flick at one time at the Defendant’s residence located in the said apartment D; and (e) the Defendant asked the victim about the victim’s head’s side was flicked by hand. 2. Around 05:00 on May 11, 2019, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s residence located in the above apartment complex D, continuously asked the victim to “whether he/she has a sense of care,” and tried to answer the answer from the victim to the effect that he/she is “where he/she has a sense of care,” he/she followed the victim’s answer: B; B; B; KON knch knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife.
Accordingly, the defendant committed violence against the victim, and carried a dangerous knife with him, and threatened the victim.
3. Bodily around May 11, 2019, the Defendant committed the crime at around 21:00 on May 21, 2019; the Defendant, without any particular reason, made the victim’s words “Isk another male” to the victim; the victim’s head head is walking; the victim’s face is cut off by hand; the victim’s face is cut off by hand.
