Defendants are not guilty.
Reasons
1. Defendant A is a person who manufactures and processes food with each other’s facilities, such as one string machine in Jeonnam-si, one string washing machine, one string machine, one string machine, one string machine, one string machine, two string machine, one string machine, one metal-proving machine, one string machine, one plastic bag, one string machine, one string machine, two string container, two string container, and two string for cargo vehicles, and Defendant B works for the above “C farming association” as a regular business, and Defendant B is a person who actually manufactures and processes food with the aim of manufacturing and processing food. Nevertheless, around 201, Defendant A and Defendant B purchased a large quantity of domestic products with low prices compared to domestic products in comparison with domestic products by taking advantage of the following facts: (a) it is difficult for consumers to distinguish whether the domestic products are domestically products if they are sold in a large amount; and (b) purchased a large quantity of domestic products with low prices of at least 1/3 compared to domestic products when they were sold in a shopping mall; (c) processed only domestic products with a large amount of domestic products with a large rise in the price of domestic products due to the small and medium trend of domestic products; and (d) conspired consumers to engage in a large range of products by selling them by falsely marking the origin into domestic products.
Accordingly, between January 12, 201 and December 3, 2011, the Defendants: G located in F in the Si of Jeon Jong-gu, Jeon Jong-dong, and I located in H in the Si of Jeon Jong-gu, Jeon Jong-nam, and J, Jeonnam-gun, which is located in the Si of Jeon Jong-nam, Jeon Jong-nam.
