Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 25, 2014, at around 00:10, the Defendant driven a B-purd passenger vehicle under the influence of alcohol of about 60 meters from a road near Songdo-dong to the front day of Mando-dong in the same City of Samdo-dong from around 00 meters to the front day of Mando-dong in the same City of Samdo-dong.
