Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 22, 2013, at around 22:24, 2013, the Defendant driven BM5 car volume at a section of about 500 meters alcohol concentration from the front of the Jyangdong, Gwangjin-gu, Seoul to the front road of about 81-20, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, which is a place for control.
