Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a wing-franchising freight vehicle B.

At around 19:10 on December 7, 2013, the Defendant driven the above cargo on the road No. 33 of the 19-ri village, Young-gu, Young-gu, Young-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City on December 7, 2013, and led to the flow of the above cargo on the surface of the Gu and Si.

In this case, the driver of the motor vehicle has a duty of care to safely operate the brake and steering gear in a correct manner.
