【Crimes】

1. On June 4, 2017, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) around 15:30 on June 4, 2017, at the victim D’s mobile phone sales store located in Ulsan-gu Seoul-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-do; (b) the victim’s mobile phone sales store located in the store where the victim’s surveillance was neglected; and (c) the victim’s market price, which was displayed in the store, was at least 9,000 won.

Accordingly, even though the defendant was sentenced to imprisonment more than three times due to larceny, etc., he steals another's property within the period of repeated crime.

2. On June 5, 2017, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) and intrusion upon residence, around 11:17, Jun. 5, 2017, in a house of the victim F residing in Ulsan-gu E, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-gu, where the Defendant intruded the victim’s second floor door in front of the victim’s death through stairs, and used a 9,000 unit after the Adddddrid and a string line with the market price of KRW 9,00,000, which was owned by the victim, rapidly thereafter.

Accordingly, the defendant intrudes upon another person's residence and is sentenced to imprisonment more than three times due to larceny, etc., within the period of repeated crime.
