Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 50,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 25,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On May 6, 2017, the Defendant was driving a vehicle C, and the Defendant was driving in violation of the new code by driving the 3 Samble room in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul in the direction of the Jambal Station, while driving the 3 Samble in the lock basin.
