A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From September 1, 1990 to September 4, 2017, the Defendant was in office as a teacher teaching the subjects of “satise and occupation” at a female high school located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Bupyeong-gu.

1. On March 2017, the Defendant: (a) discovered that the victim C (the life, the age of 16) had a hand on his/her book while taking lessons at a class of the first and fourth classes of the said Women’s High School (the age of 16) in a middle class of the first and fourth classes of the said Women’s High School; and (b) the victim was able to take a hand on his/her book; and (c) the victim was able to take a hand on his/her hand.

Accordingly, the Defendant committed an indecent act against three victims who are children or juveniles by force, including by indecent act against the victims who are children or juveniles, and by force eight times in total, such as the list of crimes in the attached Table.

2. The Defendant discovered that the victim C (a person, i.e., age 16) was in cremation and that the victim C was in cremation while guiding the instant female high school E from June 2017 to July 2017 on the date on which the date between them cannot be known, and the date from June 2017 to July 17, 2017.

At the same time and place, the Defendant heard from the victim the phrase “A.I.m. I. I.m.? I?? I?m. I?m?? I?m? I?m? I?m. I?m. I?m, I called the victim’s face one time.”

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the victim.
