The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. The summary of the facts charged in the instant case is between the Defendant and the victim B (Nam, 32 years of age).

On September 21, 2020, around 23:10 on September 21, 2020, the Defendant used the victim's head part of the victim, who gets walking along the road of Gyeyang-gu, Incheon, Gyeyang-gu, and front alley road, with the direction of walking, assaulted the victim on two occasions with the floor of hand.

2. Determination

(a) Applicable provisions of Acts: Article 260 (1) of the Criminal Act;

(b) Crimes of non-compliance with will: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act.

C. After the prosecution of this case, the victim expressed his intention not to have the defendant punished.
