On October 24, 2016, the Defendant driven B rocketing car under the influence of alcohol content of about 1km from the national convalescent hospital located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu to the front of the terminal shooting distance located in the same Kusan-dong from the national convalescent hospital to the roads located in the same Kusan-dong.
